Facility Rental

3rd Floor @ The Museum
This sophisticated venue is located on the third floor of the museum and includes a kitchen and terrace overlooking downtown Broken Arrow.  A lovely setting for parties, receptions, meetings and more!

  • Spacious terrace overlooks the Rose District Pavilion
  • Tables and chairs provided 
  • Seats up to 48; accommodates up to 80 standing for mix & mingle; please call us at (918) 258-2616 for larger groups (PLEASE CALL FOR COVID adjustments to our accommodations. ) 
Our pricing:
For a party during Museum operating hours: $75/hour (2 hour minimum)
For a party outside of Museum operating hours: $90/hour (2 hour minimum)
Museum Members receive 10% discount on rentals 
  • Access to 2nd Floor (permanent museum exhibit) and any temporary exhibits, would require an additional charge of $5 per person or a onetime charge of $60.
  • Beyond a complimentary 30-minute flex time before and after your party, we will also need to factor into your pricing the anticipated set up and take down time for your party. 
  • If you chose to have alcohol served at your event, it must be served by someone who holds a current liquor license. We require a copy of that license two weeks in advance of your event. 
  • All bookings require signing a contract and paying a $100 down payment to hold the date.  Payment in full is do the day of your event, BEFORE your event begins.
  • All bookings also require a $150 security deposit check to be held by staff during the party. If there is no damage to the room, the $150 security deposit check is returned to you immediately after the party upon inspection of the room. (The Museum occupies a City-owned building, and the city requires the security deposit to cover the cost of any damage to the room.)
 The Museum is open:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Thursday, 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Closed Sunday and Monday.

Depending on what time your party is, it could be entirely inside of Museum operating hours, entirely outside of Museum operating hours, or span both during and outside of operating hours...all of which affect the price. Rentals at The Museum BA must not go past 11:00pm with an additional allowance 30min after for clean up.  
 
Once we obtain more details from you about your party needs, we can check availability of the room and calculate your specific rental price.

KEEPING HISTORY ALIVE.
Located in historic downtown Broken Arrow, near the site of the original train depot, The Museum Broken Arrow's mission is to be a place where our community comes together to explore Broken Arrow's past, appreciate its present, and imagine its future.  

Our Non-Profit organization works to share local history through interactive and informative exhibits.

The Museum raises its operational costs through donations, fundraisers and membership dues. You may donate by credit card below.  We also accept cash and check donations at the museum.
