THE MUSEUM BROKEN ARROW IS OFFERING ART CLASSES

The Museum Broken Arrow is excited to offer FREE art classes for elementary and middle school aged children. Please complete the form below to sign-up for the class offerings below. Please note, the classes are limited to 16 students per class. Once you have sent your application, a member of The Museum Broken Arrow team will confirm your registration.

    We are excited to have you join us. Because space is limited, we ask you register your child for only one class.

    Parent and Student Information

    Class Registration
    There are only spaces for 16 students per class. Please notify the Museum one week prior if you must cancel. This is a free opportunity for children in our community.

    Liability Waiver
    Parent Waiver and Medical Release
    As parent/guardian, you individually and on behalf of your child, release and agree to hold The Museum Broken Arrow harmless from any and all liability and hereby assume all risk and responsibility and waive any claim or cause of action of any nature whatsoever arising on behalf of your child while at The Museum Broken Arrow or otherwise in the care of its staff. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Museum Broken Arrow, its agents, employees or contractors, whether paid or volunteer, against any and all claims which may arise from any injury to said child while participating in this program.
     
    You have read and understand the above policy and agree to comply with its provisions.
    In the case of an emergency involving your child, you understand that every effort will be made to contact you. However, in the event that you cannot be reached to make arrangements for emergency medical attention at the time of illness or accident, you hereby authorize The Museum Broken Arrow staff to call 911 to provide urgent care for your child and further authorize your child to receive medical treatment from the The Museum Broken Arrow selected medical provider as such medical provider deems necessary and appropriate.
     
    Responsibility of Parent/Guardian Policy
    The following policy reflects our concern for your child’s physical welfare. Please read carefully. We cannot admit your child without your consent to this waiver.
     
    The Museum Broken Arrow & its art instructors are NOT responsible for children/students before or after the hours for which they are registered for class. Parents and children are welcome to enter The Museum Broken Arrow classroom on 3rd floor at the program’s stated start time.

    PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID restrictions, masks will be required for all attendees.

Located in historic downtown Broken Arrow, near the site of the original train depot, The Museum Broken Arrow's mission is to be a place where our community comes together to explore Broken Arrow's past, appreciate its present, and imagine its future.  

Our Non-Profit organization works to share local history through interactive and informative exhibits.

The Museum raises its operational costs through donations, fundraisers and membership dues. You may donate by credit card below.  We also accept cash and check donations at the museum.
